Description

Develop and maintain enterprise-class applications using the JEE platform, building front-end UI and server-side web services. You will own the full lifecycle of reusable components, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance front-end UI and server-side web services on JEE application servers.
• Develop self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
• Implement client-facing applications using responsive design and Single Page Application (SPA) architectures.
• Integrate web services into Angular or React-based SPAs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java and JEE application development.
• 8+ years of experience with REST/SOAP web services, including security implementations using JWT and OAuth.
• 8+ years of experience with HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, CSS3, Bootstrap, SASS, and TypeScript.
• 8+ years of experience with Spring, Java Server Pages (JSP), Struts, and JSON/XML.
• 4+ years of experience implementing SPAs using the Angular TypeScript framework.
• 8+ years of experience with Maven, OpenAPI v3, and authentication/authorization strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JBOSS or IBM WebSphere Application Server 8 or later.
• Experience with Agile Development Methodologies, specifically Scrum.
