Description

Develop user interfaces and web services for HHSC IT applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using Angular.
• Convert existing SOAP-based services to RESTful services.
• Create new RESTful web services within the JBoss EAP environment.
• Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of application components.
• Analyze software for configuration and performance tuning opportunities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency with Angular for front-end development.
• Experience with the JBoss environment.
• Ability to develop and utilize RESTful services.
• Experience in system analysis and problem resolution.
• Familiarity with contemporary testing methods.
• Ability to create technical and design documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SOAP service migration.
• Background in government or healthcare IT applications.
