Description

You will design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft Human Capital Management and Finance modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical resource for PeopleSoft incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application modifications.
• Design and develop customizations, integrations, and enhancements within the PeopleSoft environment.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Write clean, efficient code and conduct thorough unit testing and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft experience.
• Proficiency in PeopleTools, including PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Component Interface.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience with ERP systems or enterprise-level application development.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript scripting.
• Ability to manage user and role security and application configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface development.
• ITIL certification or certification in PeopleSoft application development.
