Description

You will lead packaging material and package development within a scrum team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into sub-system specifications, packaging materials, and package designs.
• Define and execute verification and validation strategies for technology and product development projects.
• Write test specifications, analyze results, and produce formal reports.
• Coordinate packaging activities with suppliers, specialists, laboratories, and converting factories.
• Drive root cause investigations, risk assessments, and implement new testing methods.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Academic degree, preferably a Master of Science in Materials or similar field.
• Experience in technical test methodologies within the packaging area.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
• Ability to drive problem-solving and coordinate results independently.
• Professional English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Past experience in the product development process within the packaging area.
• Knowledge of packaging material, food package interaction, and statistics.
• Self-sufficiency in physical testing and knowledge of requirement management procedures.
