Description

You will lead product development, prototyping, and validation for biopharmaceutical technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create verification and validation test strategies for bioreactors, mixers, and consumables.
• Execute testing and analyze results to ensure product performance meets requirements.
• Procure materials and build working samples for prototype testing.
• Conduct tests on Xcellerex X-platform bioreactors and author technical reports.
• Provide technical leadership within cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of engineering experience in product development or bioprocess industry.
• Experience with bioprocess technologies including bioreactors and single-use consumables.
• Proficiency in testing and analyzing mechanical systems.
• Background in biopharmaceuticals and fermentation.
• Experience managing product development lifecycles.
• Ability to lead within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
