Description

You will own system modeling, simulation, and verification for vehicle control functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system and subsystem models across the product line.
• Define test plans and analyses to improve model fidelity.
• Verify and validate vehicle control functions using SIL and HIL simulation.
• Perform software development and troubleshooting for control systems.
• Support process definition for model development and integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in control system logic and software development.
• Proficiency in C and C++ programming.
• Expertise in system modeling using MATLAB and Simulink.
• Strong understanding of the V-model software development lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of CAN bus, Fieldbus, ISObus, and other control protocols.
• Experience with vehicle electrical system topologies and control safety platforms.
• Experience programming and validating Danfoss or Parker IQAN controllers.
• Ability to develop APIs for vehicle control systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CoDeSys modeling environment.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems related to mobile equipment.
