You will design, build, and optimize scalable tenants and AI-powered features for enterprise SaaS solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Align technical strategies and product roadmaps with business goals.
• Design secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions alongside Senior Architects.
• Drive innovation and ensure continuous improvement in deliverables.
• Coach team members on development processes and quality standards.
• Refine designs and contribute substantially to the technical roadmap.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• 12–14 years of hands-on Java/JEE web application development.
• 12–14 years of database development and RDBMS proficiency.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and distributed computing.
• Expertise in SQL performance tuning.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or SAP BTP cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior colleagues.
