You will design, build, and optimize scalable tenants, intelligent automation, and AI-powered features for enterprise SaaS solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Align solutions with technical strategies and product roadmaps.
• Design solutions with Senior Architects focusing on functional, security, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all deliverables.
• Coach team members on development processes, quality standards, and relevant technologies.
• Refine designs and contribute substantially to the technical roadmap development.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• 12–14 years of hands-on Java/JEE web application and database development, including migration scripts.
• Strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Proficiency in RDBMS and SQL performance tuning.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or SAP BTP cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors domain.
• Background in enterprise SaaS architecture.
