Responsibilities

• Design and build solutions leveraging AWS cloud services.
• Lead technical design sessions and conduct peer code reviews.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards and reusable components.
• Manage production deployments and provide post-implementation support.
• Mentor developers and guide infrastructure builds.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in software development experience.
• 3+ years focused on AWS cloud-native development.
• 3+ years leading development teams.
• Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, REST, JPA, and Maven.
• Experience with AWS services including Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3, and API Gateway.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Iterative SDLC.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
