Roles and Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement business process solutions using Camunda Platform, including BPMN, DMN, and CMMN.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Camunda-based workflow and process automation solutions.
• Design and implement scalable workflow orchestration and business process automation systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate process requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate Camunda workflows with external systems using RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Ensure best practices in process modeling, workflow design, and system architecture.
• Drive code quality, performance optimization, and secure development practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to support deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD integration.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in BPM platforms with hands-on expertise in Camunda (Camunda 7 or Camunda 8).
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Solid understanding of BPMN, DMN, and CMMN standards for process modeling.
• Experience in workflow automation, orchestration, and business process optimization.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system integrations.
• Understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading technical teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
