Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable Java and React applications while mentoring the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end application ownership from requirement analysis through deployment.
• Lead development teams in building secure, scalable solutions using React and Spring Boot.
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Oversee application performance tuning, debugging, and reliability across environments.

Required Skills

• 8–15 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a lead or mentorship capacity.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid backend experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Test Driven Development (JUnit) and Kafka.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Azure Services.
