Lead technical teams and manage the delivery of complex software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams through all phases of the SDLС and Agile software development practices.
• Architect technical solutions for complex problems and present them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage projects by handling planning, estimation, execution, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Coach and mentor team members to support their career development.
• Act as a trusted advisor by managing relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in application development.
• Hands-on experience with Javascript, Angular, .NET, GraphQL, and AWS.
• Proven experience in technical or management consulting.
• Demonstrated project management experience including estimation and resource management.
• Experience leading technical teams in a project leadership capacity.
• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
