Description

You will lead a technical team and own the full development lifecycle of the Fraud Management application.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cross-functional team of developers, product owners, business analysts, and testers.
• Own the Fraud Management application and its complete development lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and architectural decision-making.
• Drive Agile and SAFe Agile processes within the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business objectives with technical execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Development Manager, Technical Manager, or Tech Lead.
• Strong background in software development, preferably with Java.
• Hands-on experience working with AWS.
• Proven experience managing technical teams and complex applications.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and SAFe Agile processes.
• Experience with RAFM or RAID systems.
