Description

Lead onshore and offshore development teams through agile transformations and product-oriented development cycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project and product deliverables through the full development lifecycle, from estimation to hypercare.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver projects and resolve Level 3 support requests.
• Participate in business and technology planning sessions to align with delivery roadmaps and technology strategies.
• Coordinate with system administrators to support internal production change control processes.
• Handle multiple simultaneous projects and communicate status updates to management and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Systems Architecture and the IT Project Lifecycle.
• Mastery of IT Agile Transformation and Product Oriented Development (POD).
• Advanced SQL Server development, including Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, and Assemblies.
• Strong design and development skills for REST and SOAP Web APIs.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, including SQL-based SSRS, SSIS, or other ETL tools.
• Proficiency in VB.Net, C#.NET, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Experience with Batch and VB Scripting.
• Ability to create technical documentation and detailed flow charts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Point-Of-Sales solutions, specifically CEGID or GK.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
