Description

Lead technical and functional project management for IT implementations aligned with business models. This role coordinates agile teams to ensure delivery matches requirements, tracks progress across multiple teams for timely releases, and manages functional workflows through planning and communication. You will act as an Agile Scrum Master during ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of IT experience.
• 2+ years specifically as a Product Owner.
• Proficiency in SQL and data model expertise.
• Knowledge of P&C domain from business and IT perspectives.
• Experience with SAFe and Agile Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong delivery management and team building capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Banking domain knowledge.
