Lead technical and functional project management within an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Own technical and functional project management tasks as the Product Owner.
• Coordinate with agile teams to ensure IT implementation aligns with the business model.
• Track progress across multiple agile teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage functional teams through effective communication and strategic planning.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of IT experience.
• 2+ years of experience specifically as a Product Owner.
• Proficiency in SAFe and Agile Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience acting as an Agile Scrum Master.
• Strong expertise in SQL and Data Modeling.
• P&C or Insurance domain knowledge from business and IT implementation perspectives.
• Proven ability in delivery management and team building.
