Description

Lead technical and functional project management for P&C insurance projects, coordinating agile teams to align IT implementation with business models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and functional project management to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with agile teams to track IT implementation against the business model.
• Manage functional teams through effective communication and workmanship.
• Drive delivery management and planning to ensure timelines are met.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of total IT experience.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically as a Product Owner.
• Strong knowledge of the Insurance domain and P&C business perspectives.
• Experience working within SAFe frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL and data model expertise.
• Experience acting as an Agile Scrum Master and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
