Lead technical and functional project management for P&C insurance implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and functional project management tasks to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with multiple agile teams to track IT implementation against the business model.
• Manage functional teams through effective communication and delivery management.
• Plan and oversee project execution to ensure implementations meet deadlines.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of IT experience.
• 2+ years of experience specifically as a Product Owner.
• Deep understanding of P&C domain knowledge from both business and IT implementation perspectives.
• Proficiency in SAFe and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience acting as an Agile Scrum Master.
• Strong expertise in SQL and Data Modeling.
• Insurance domain knowledge.
• Proven leadership and team building capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
