Description

You will design, develop, and deliver employee learning programs aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Design, procure, and coordinate learning initiatives based on identified organizational needs.
• Perform needs assessments using evidence-based approaches to identify gaps in training, skills, and performance.
• Manage relationships with internal subject-matter experts and external learning partners.
• Evaluate existing programs and initiatives to suggest and implement improvements.
• Facilitate the deployment of talent management initiatives, including leadership and manager development programs.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
• Practical experience in learner-centric program design and instructional design.
• Proven experience in facilitation and implementation of training programs.
• Strong program management, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Ability to stay current with latest research, trends, and innovations in L&D.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Adult Learning/Education certification or deep understanding of learning theories.
• Experience as a LinkedIn Learning administrator or curator.
• Experience using and optimizing learning management systems (LMS).
