Description

Manage fund development and special event planning to drive resource growth.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute resource development strategies including individual, planned, and corporate/foundation giving.
• Design and produce online and printed collateral for donor engagement.
• Engage current and prospective supporters through direct phone outreach and presentations.
• Track and manage donor data using resource development database applications.
• Manage complex, detailed information with accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in fund development and special event planning within a nonprofit organization.
• Proven ability in individual, planned, and corporate/foundation giving.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for donor engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing complex data and independent decision-making.
• Experience with resource development database applications.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with MailChimp and website management via WordPress.
• Video production and editing skills.
