Lead a technical team delivering enterprise-wide solutions using .NET full-stack technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of 8-10 members, focusing on talent selection, development, and retention.
• Collaborate with product owners and functional leads to assess processes and ensure optimal team performance.
• Manage and resolve customer escalations while maintaining strong relationships with business groups.
• Evaluate and refine SDLC processes to improve team efficiency and service opportunities.
• Identify and address skill gaps to facilitate team member career progression.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on coding experience in .NET-based full-stack technologies.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework and Angular.
• Experience with Full-Stack Development and the SDLC.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 8-10+ people.
• 2+ years of experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of leading and concluding complex enterprise-wide projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
