You will handle functional, development, and support tasks within the IBM Unica Tool environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve issues within SLA timeframes and answer business queries.
• Perform post-production verification activities.
• Monitor and script batch jobs.
• Manage customers and business users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Functional, Development, and Support Experience in IBM Unica Tool.
• Strong understanding of relational database design and application.
• Good experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Proficiency in Unix and Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with Server Management, Patching, and Security certificate updates.
• Experience in Batch Jobs Monitoring and Batch Jobs Scripting.
