Description

You will perform manual assembly of complex fiber, membrane, and polycarbonate components within a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fiber, filtration products, and sub-assemblies following detailed work instructions and blueprints.
• Perform fiber bundling, filter potting, filter welding, and fitting on assembly units.
• Execute routine device testing and verify form, fit, and function according to the Bill of Materials.
• Operate small hand tools, power tools, and automated production equipment.
• Maintain cleanroom standards by cleaning workbenches and complying with Good Documentation Practices on all quality documents.
• Identify quality problems and follow established reporting procedures.

Required Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or medical device assembly.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and standard work instructions.
• Manual dexterity to handle, finger, and feel small components.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Visual acuity including peripheral vision and depth perception.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
