Description

You will integrate clinical devices with EHR systems and manage ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration projects following IT System Lifecycle methodology, producing functional and technical specifications and conducting volume testing.
• Collaborate with interface, EHR application, clinical engineering, and infrastructure teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Develop functional business requirements in coordination with the user community.
• Troubleshoot technical application issues within assigned production environments and document all vendor or internal requests.
• Maintain and write technical documentation and procedures for managing integrated clinical devices with the EHR.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in an Information Services department or a software vendor organization within the healthcare industry.
• Proven experience integrating clinical devices with EHR systems.
• Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and application support.
• Ability to manage the full IT System Lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
• Experience working with external vendors and partners to resolve escalated technical issues.
• Strong documentation skills for technical procedures and system specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Epic Bridges.
