Description

You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to voice and data services.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and identify solutions for hardware and software issues affecting voice and data services.
• Conduct product validation to ensure hardware and software stability.
• Document technical knowledge through detailed notes and manuals.
• Manage and prioritize multiple open technical issues simultaneously.
• Communicate technical solutions to customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve recurring issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in device testing or technical troubleshooting.
• Strong Android debugging skills using ADB.
• Device debugging experience using QXDM.
• Technical proficiency with LTE technologies.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis for wireless technology products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction.
• Experience escalating critical issues to management.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
