Description

You will lead quality assurance testing for mobile devices to ensure platform reliability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans to identify software defects in mobile devices.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across iOS models released at least two years ago.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and validate fixes.
• Re-run tests post-fix to ensure defect resolution and system stability.
• Document test results, defects, and resolutions clearly and accurately.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience testing and debugging mobile devices.
• Hands-on experience with 3GPP standards.
• Experience with Voice over WiFi and LTE technologies.
• Proficiency with QXDM for device diagnostics and analysis.
• Experience working with iOS models (minimum 2 years back).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coaching team members on testing tools and process improvement.
