Description

You will perform end-to-end stationary and local field testing on mobile devices, including smartphones, to validate functionality across MNO and MVNO networks.

Responsibilities

• Execute device testing according to defined test plans to validate functionality on MNO and AT&T MVNO networks.
• Capture device logs, screenshots, and video recordings as directed by test plans or supervision.
• Create and manage defects within Jira for all issues identified during testing cycles.
• Log and manage test plan results in Zephyr Scale for every executed test.
• Coordinate testing efforts with internal staff, OEMs, and partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in device testing.
• Experience performing field testing and stationary testing on mobile devices.
• Proficiency in capturing and analyzing device logs.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for defect management.
• Experience using Zephyr Scale for test execution and result logging.
• Knowledge of MNO and MVNO network environments.
• Ability to validate smartphone functionality against specific test plans.
