Description

You will manage the reliability and operations of the Advanced Connectivity Platform (ACP) to support mission-critical API delivery services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform 24x7 fault and lifecycle management for end-to-end network API flows.
• Triage, investigate, and remediate acute and chronic issues across MuleSoft, AKS, Snowflake, Postgres, and Azure.
• Debug complex issues spanning 5G, LTE, and cloud architectures.
• Execute security remediation activities and manage change management processes.
• Contribute to continuous platform improvement using a DevSecOps operational mindset.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application production support and break/fix environments.
• Strong proficiency with REST JSON APIs and RAML.
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience managing Postgres and Snowflake databases.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS) and Azure Cloud.
• Proficiency in fault and alarm troubleshooting.
• Experience with Grafana and trouble ticket management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenTelemetry.
