Description

You will provide technical production support for applications in a Linux environment, serving as the first point of contact for incidents and resolving functional issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve functional and technical problems in production.
• Deliver services in accordance with agreed service level agreements.
• Manage incident, change, and release processes using ITIL frameworks.
• Support the SRE and DevOps roadmap through automation and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Application Production Support.
• Hands-on experience with Linux platforms and Windows infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting and automation.
• Experience with monitoring tools: Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Practical knowledge of Jenkins, Ansible, and uDeploy for CI/CD.
• Experience with AutoSys or similar job scheduling mechanisms.
• Working knowledge of Apache Tomcat middleware.
• Basic Oracle SQL and database management skills.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and SDLC.
