Description

You will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and automated DevSecOps solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable DevSecOps architecture aligned with technology goals.
• Standardize and implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and configuration management.
• Drive automation for build, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning across the enterprise.
• Support incident response and conduct root cause analysis for major service disruptions.
• Mentor engineers in modern engineering practices and improve DevSecOps maturity.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years in DevSecOps.
• 5+ years in an architecture leadership position.
• Expert in Groovy and YAML.
• Deep expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms, virtualization, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience integrating tools: PyUnit, NUnit, SonarQube, Snyk, Artifactory, Maven, Selenium, RestAssured, JMeter.
• Expertise in implementing deployment patterns: Blue Green, Canary, and Dark.
• Strong experience with security, governance, and compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, NIST, ISO).
• Proficient in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Working experience in Agile/SCRUM/Kanban technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LambdaTest (Lamdatest).
