Description

Define end-to-end DevOps and cloud architecture for containerized and virtualized environments, establishing governance and automation standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern multi-cluster Kubernetes (AKS) architecture, including networking, security, RBAC, CRDs, and high-availability models.
• Lead Helm-based deployment architecture, defining reusable chart standards and templates.
• Architect Kubernetes storage using Longhorn and define messaging architecture using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Design centralized logging, monitoring, alerting, and data ingestion/flow architecture using Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and Apache NiFi.
• Own CI/CD and DevSecOps architecture, ensuring standards for secure deployments and operational compliance.

Required Skills

• 12-16 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure architecture, or platform engineering.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes architecture, including multi-cluster governance, CRDs, and Helm patterns.
• Strong Azure cloud architecture and deployment experience for production environments.
• Proficiency in Linux, Shell, and Python scripting for automation, configuration management, and operational tooling.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps architecture ownership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with restricted, air-gapped, or OT environments and safety-critical/industrial domains.
• Knowledge of high availability, redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery patterns.
• Familiarity with system engineering or safety standards (ISO-based).
