Description

You will design and implement enterprise-wide CI/CD roadmaps and automation solutions to drive DevOps adoption across multiple departments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Establish CI best practices by leading workshops and assisting in initial pipeline buildouts.
• Develop tools to support versioning, release management, build, testing, deployment, and configuration management.
• Design and build automation solutions to improve platform security, scalability, and availability.
• Evaluate existing configuration management practices to determine enterprise-scale solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors like IBM, Unisys, and Microsoft to conduct proof of concept opportunities and benchmarks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong understanding of Continuous Deployment, including branching strategies, version management, and artifact maintenance.
• Experience with deployment strategies such as blue/green, zero-downtime, traffic shaping, canary, and rollback.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with automated functional testing using Selenium and Cucumber.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash/Shell, PowerShell, or Go.
• Knowledge of Azure, Ansible, and .NET environments.
• Solid grasp of computing, networking, firewalls, security, and authentication principles.
