Description

You will design and oversee the operational framework for a large-scale Financials solution, defining procedures for system operations, maintenance, and policy enforcement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish SLA metrics, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting workflows to ensure consistent system performance.
• Design processes for system upgrades, migrations, and the certification of integrations between applications.
• Collaborate with security and compliance leads to develop data security protocols, disaster recovery testing, and end-user provisioning.
• Lead the creation of operational documentation and an ERP Center of Excellence to support system administrators and integration developers.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive resolution with integration developers across all testing phases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical configurations and processing environments of similar scale and complexity.
• Experience with system administration and monitoring within SaaS delivery models.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, Ethernet, Token Ring, Arcnet, HTML CGI, ATM, and CDPD.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, CORBA, and PPTP.
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN/VPN and remote network technologies, including routers, hubs, and servers.
• Experience executing all testing phases: unit, system, integration, parallel, and user acceptance.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
