Description

You will design and execute the organizational DevOps strategy, including current state studies, future state roadmaps, and tool evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD frameworks and infrastructure to support the software development life cycle.
• Administer and optimize CI tools including GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, and SonarQube.
• Build and enhance new capabilities within the CI/CD toolchain to expand service offerings.
• Collaborate with developers, QA automation engineers, and infrastructure partners to troubleshoot critical tool issues.
• Lead service delivery across multiple project phases and provide technical coaching to global support teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with industry-standard DevOps CI/CD tools, source code management, and binary repository management.
• 10+ years of development experience in Java, Python, .NET, or JS.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience building and automating CI/CD pipelines.
• 8+ years of experience with Maven or Gradle.
• 8+ years of experience with containerization and continuous testing practices.
• 8+ years of experience performing complex troubleshooting and performance tuning within the CI/CD toolchain.
• Expertise in Groovy, GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Docker.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, and SAFe/Agile methodologies.
• Background in financial services, security, audit, or compliance.
