Description

Design, build, and manage cloud-based environments supporting SaaS offerings on microservices and container-based Kubernetes architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software for deployment automation, packaging, and monitoring visibility.
• Lead technical design discussions and mentor DevOps and Automation engineers.
• Work with development and QA teams to automate pre-production deployments and infrastructure.
• Debug and troubleshoot service bottlenecks across the entire software stack.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce risk and increase time efficiencies.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall professional experience.
• 7+ years in development or application engineering using Python, Ruby, Go, Swift, Java, .Net, or C++.
• Expertise in architecting cloud-native CI/CD workflows using tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• Experience architecting applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency with Configuration Management platforms like Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Architectural leadership experience with microservices and distributed applications.
• Proven ability to architect highly available systems with load balancing and horizontal scalability.
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC and delivery using Agile practices.
