Description

Lead cloud architecture and DevOps initiatives to scale infrastructure and standardize service mesh implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale cloud architectures using Kubernetes, cloud databases, and global load balancing.
• Standardize and expand Istio service mesh usage in globally distributed deployments.
• Build, maintain, and evolve DevSecOps pipelines.
• Define and execute DR/HA strategies to streamline platform operations.
• Collaborate with software architects to influence technical decisions and lead delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or architecture roles.
• Hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting Kubernetes environments.
• Proficiency with Helm for Kubernetes package management.
• Experience designing and configuring Istio service meshes.
• Experience building and evolving DevSecOps pipelines.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, NodeJS, or Python.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization workflows.
• Understanding of DNS and networking fundamentals within cloud architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Git and Travis CI.
• Knowledge of IP routing, load balancers, reverse proxies, and application firewalls.
