Description

Architect and implement configuration management solutions to integrate with SNOW CMDB and introduce automation.

Responsibilities

• Architect and re-architect configuration management tools to enable full automation and SNOW CMDB integration.
• Design, implement, and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles for application deployment and lifecycle management.
• Develop standard automated reporting to monitor agent health and detect configuration drift.
• Build observability dashboards using tools such as Grafana.
• Establish standards for playbooks and cookbooks while documenting all automation workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Systems Architecture.
• Strong expertise in Linux/Unix systems administration and networking.
• Proficiency in YAML, Jinja2, Python, Ruby, and Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Unix, AIX, Windows, Mainframe, and Linux platforms.
• Proven ability to architect solutions from the ground up or re-architect existing tools.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Working experience with IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS.
• Experience integrating configuration management tools into SNOW.
• Experience with ADO and working within agile methodologies.
