Description

You will design and implement updates to the existing DevOps architecture and strategy to align with industry standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review and update DevOps architecture, providing recommendations and securing stakeholder buy-in for implementation.
• Standardize and enhance CI/CD pipelines, including unit testing, code coverage, and static security scanning.
• Implement Docker builds and container deployments using Nomad.
• Automate DevOps request processing through Service Desk integration.
• Guide the DevOps team to enhance their technical skillsets and manage deliverable status.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps roles.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Jenkins and Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Linux shell scripting, and Groovy.
• Experience with source code management using Git, Bitbucket, or Subversion.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Podman) and orchestration (Nomad).
• Background in software development using .NET, .NET Core, and SQL.
• Experience implementing builds with Maven and Ant.
• Familiarity with Java and web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js).
• Ability to monitor application health using APM tools like DynaTrace or SolarWinds.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based DevOps pipelines such as Azure DevOps.
• Experience managing DevSecOps toolsets.
