Description

Lead the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Azure DevOps to Harness, defining strategy, architecture, and automation standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define migration strategy and architecture for moving pipelines from ADO to Harness.
• Create reusable templates and modules in Harness to standardize pipeline design.
• Optimize pipeline efficiency, maintainability, and governance across enterprise standards.
• Evaluate and implement best practices for security, quality gates, and secrets management.
• Produce clear documentation and present architectural decisions to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps and pipeline architecture.
• Deep expertise with the Harness Platform, including CI/CD setup, pipelines, workflows, and governance.
• Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) and GitHub Actions, including YAML pipeline definitions.
• Experience migrating pipeline logic (steps, triggers, approvals) between CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform modules, providers, and state management.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, including Helm charts, manifests, and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with GitOps principles, DevSecOps, and observability integrations.
