Description

You design and implement scalable DevSecOps architecture aligned with business and technology goals.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, standardize, and implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and configuration management processes.
• Lead the design and implementation of Multi-stage pipelines as Code in Jenkins and GitLab platforms.
• Drive automation for build, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning across AWS and Azure.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and developers in modern engineering practices to improve DevSecOps maturity.
• Support incident response and root cause analysis for major service disruptions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 8+ years in DevSecOps and 5+ years in an architecture leadership role.
• Expert proficiency in Groovy and YAML.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure, virtualization, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience integrating tools such as PyUnit, nUnit, SonarQube, Snyk, Artifactory, Maven, Selenium, RestAssured, JMeter, and Liquibase.
• Proven capability to implement and deliver DevOps metrics, including DORA.
• Expertise with deployment patterns: Blue Green, Canary, and Dark.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM/Kanban methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LambdaTest for cross-browser testing.
