Description

Design and implement scalable DevSecOps architectures, leading modernization of legacy CI/CD pipelines and enabling enterprise-wide governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable CI/CD architectures and migrate from legacy tools (Jenkins, UDeploy, Bamboo) to modern platforms like Harness.
• Implement DevSecOps governance, integrating OPA policies and AppSec workflows via Security Tool Orchestration (STO).
• Enable engineering teams in enterprise environments with AI-driven pipeline automation and end-to-end delivery practices.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions, supporting pre-sales, solutioning, and technical proposal creation.
• Drive large-scale CI/CD modernization projects and implement Chaos Engineering practices.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven expertise in CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Harness, UDeploy, and Bamboo.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps governance and OPA-based policies.
• Strong architectural thinking with the ability to design scalable systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of experience in DevSecOps consulting or similar roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost governance using CCM.
• Harness, Kubernetes, or Cloud certifications.
• Exposure to Chaos Engineering practices.
