Description

Design and lead DevOps strategies and large-scale transformation programs across multi-cloud environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define DevOps vision, roadmaps, and KPIs to scale high-performing teams.
• Drive end-to-end delivery and assessments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Champion GitOps, FinOps, and IDP initiatives while leading DevSecOps and MLOps programs.
• Build automation frameworks, accelerators, and PoCs to drive technical innovation.
• Establish governance and compliance frameworks in collaboration with security and architecture teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years leading DevOps practices.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitLab.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Strong container orchestration skills with Kubernetes, Helm, EKS, AKS, and GKE.
• Experience implementing GitOps workflows using ArgoCD, Harness, or Flux.
• Knowledge of observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or ELK.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to FinOps, DevSecOps, AIOps, and Internal Developer Platform (IDP) ecosystems.
