Description

You will lead the strategic design and implementation of enterprise-wide DevOps transformation and infrastructure governance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and establish a DevOps Center of Excellence (COE), including governance frameworks, operating models, and maturity models.
• Develop business cases for DevOps investment and define ROI metrics and KPIs to measure transformation success.
• Create strategic roadmaps for tool consolidation, optimization, and the development of reusable infrastructure components.
• Design enterprise-wide security and compliance frameworks for cloud infrastructure and self-service provisioning capabilities.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure engineering roles.
• 5+ years in architectural or strategic leadership positions.
• Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Advanced experience building CI/CD pipelines and migrating repositories to GitHub.
• Deep understanding of cloud security architecture and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to design automated lifecycle management processes and deployment patterns.
• Strong background in security automation and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Technical oversight experience for global migration initiatives.
