Description

Lead the strategic design and implementation of enterprise-wide DevOps transformation and infrastructure governance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and establish a DevOps Center of Excellence, including governance frameworks, operating models, and maturity assessment models.
• Develop business cases for DevOps investment and define ROI metrics and KPIs to measure transformation success.
• Create strategic roadmaps for tool consolidation, optimization, and the standardization of processes across the organization.
• Design enterprise-wide security and compliance frameworks for cloud infrastructure and lead the development of reusable deployment patterns.
• Establish self-service capabilities for cloud infrastructure provisioning and provide technical oversight for global migration initiatives.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure engineering roles.
• 5+ years in architectural or strategic leadership positions.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
• Advanced experience building CI/CD using GitHub and migrating repositories to GitHub.
• Deep expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Strong background in DevSecOps practices and security automation.
• Deep understanding of cloud security architecture and compliance frameworks.
• Experience establishing automated lifecycle management processes.
