Description

Lead the design and implementation of automation strategies and shared infrastructure for on-premises failover environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployment using Jenkins, Artifactory, and Harness.
• Develop shared infrastructure services including Kubernetes, Vault, S3, Kafka, and databases.
• Automate data replication between Cloud and failover environments for all applications.
• Design and execute DR strategies, including piloting Kafka and PostgreSQL replication between AWS and on-premises.
• Provision, configure, and monitor infrastructure using agile methodologies to solve complex technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure Modernization, or DR/BC strategies.
• Expertise in Kubernetes deployment using Helm Charts and Harness.
• Strong proficiency with Terraform Enterprise, Ansible, and Rancher.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Vault, SonarQube, GitHub, and Artifactory.
• Experience managing Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or Amazon Kinesis.
• Proficiency in scripting with Groovy, Python, Bash, PowerShell, or YAML.
• Experience with AWS services, specifically S3 replication and AWS Artifactory.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools including Splunk, LogicMonitor, SignalFX, or Prometheus.
• Experience with Maven/Gradle builds and Venafi certificate generation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing hybrid cloud/on-prem infrastructure and microservices.
• Background in on-premises data center operations and virtualization.
