Description

You provision and manage workload-specific Azure infrastructure for the Skylark insurance platform and Legacy program, translating architecture decisions into production-ready Terraform modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provision Azure resources including compute (VMs, AKS), storage, PaaS services (Container Apps, App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB), and managed identities.
• Author and maintain Terraform IaC modules for workload resource provisioning, ensuring they pass CI/CD pipeline gates.
• Scaffold and manage workload landing-zone scaffolding, including child subscriptions, resource groups, RBAC assignments, tagging, and Azure Policy within the Calandra Azure Landing Zone.
• Partner with Senior Cloud Network Engineers, application workstream leads, and Security to deliver governed, reproducible infrastructure aligned to Azure Landing Zone standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or DevOps roles.
• Strong proficiency with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Deep experience with Azure services: AKS, Container Apps, App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB.
• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Azure Landing Zone concepts, management groups, and Azure Policy.
• Experience with .NET 5.0, .NET Core, and Web API.
• Proficiency in Angular 4, CSS 3.0, HTML 5, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework and SQL Server.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NUnit for testing .NET applications.
