• Facilitate DevOps adoption through effective interpersonal engagement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Prior experience working with Copado.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Foundational understanding of DevOps principles.
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience facilitating cultural change in engineering teams.
