About the job
We’re looking for an experienced DevOps professional who can coach teams, uplift engineering practices, and guide the adoption of modern DevOps, automation, and containerization frameworks across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Coach development, operations, and platform teams on DevOps principles and best practices.
Guide teams in containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
Support and improve CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
Promote automation-first approaches using Python, Ansible, or similar tools.
Guide container governance, security, and vulnerability management.
Help optimize Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters for performance, reliability, and security.
Deliver trainings, workshops, and documentation to reinforce DevOps adoption.
Improve collaboration and communication across Dev, Ops, Cloud, and Security teams.
Contribute to DevOps strategy, continuous improvement, and modern delivery processes.
Support teams with monitoring and logging technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk.
Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in IT with strong DevOps and automation background.
Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and container security.
Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
Solid scripting/automation capabilities (Python preferred).
Familiarity with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Experience with monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Autonomous, proactive, and passionate about DevOps culture and continuous improvement.
Fluent English.
