Description

You will act as a consultant to help customers mature their DevOps capabilities and align strategic goals with technical initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement technology accelerators to improve software development lifecycles.
• Align management strategic goals with specific DevOps initiatives.
• Establish engineering cultures and mature DevOps capabilities within client teams.
• Enable operations teams to adopt modern infrastructure practices such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Conduct technical training, workshops, and coaching sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps roles.
• Proven ability to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Experience conducting technical training and coaching sessions.
• Ability to bridge the gap between management strategy and engineering execution.
• Strong background in DevOps methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in consulting or client-facing advisory roles.
• Knowledge of modern infrastructure practices beyond IaC.
