Description

You will lead infrastructure automation and cloud deployment initiatives within an AWS environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop Terraform modules and scripts to automate infrastructure setup for new applications.
• Write Python build scripts to automate application deployments and repetitive system tasks.
• Manage AWS cloud adoption and migrate existing applications to the cloud.
• Implement standards, processes, and controls for release and deployment activities.
• Submit Change and Incident Management tickets and coordinate necessary approvals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps engineering.
• Proficiency in Terraform module development and script creation.
• Extensive experience with AWS services including API Gateway, CloudWatch, EventBridge, SNS, SQS, Lambda, and VPC.
• Strong command of Python, YAML, and Unix shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab and Jenkins.
• Experience with artifact repositories such as Git, SVN, or Nexus.
• Proficiency with build tools including Maven, ANT, or Gradle.
• Experience with AWS Code-Pipeline or similar CI/CD tools.
• Ability to author technical documentation and best practice guides.
